Pain relief comes in the form of cannabis flower products

My chronic pain was not something that sort of crept up on me.

For my situation, it was like someone flipped a switch.

Within the space of a few weeks, I could hardly get out of bed. This was well before I learned about medical marijuana. The doctors tried many different ways to help with the near continuous inflammation and pain I was experiencing primarily in my joints. But after six months or so, it appeared that I was just given the chronic pain diagnosis. That really wasn’t something that I was totally willing to accept. The constant inflammation fighting meds coupled with a growing dependence on pain meds forced me to consider a different route. And I did my research. I decided that while I may not get cured, I had to do everything that I could to manage my situation so I could have a life. Part of that change was figuring out how to get a medical marijuana card. There were loads of studies indicating that cannabis products could really help me deal with chronic pain. So, along with a complete lifestyle change including diet, exercise, rest and meditation, I began treating with medical marijuana. The results have been truly encouraging. I’m almost completely off the pain meds and have had the inflammatory meds reduced. Yet, I’m moving better, sleeping better and living again. Much of the credit has to go to medical cannabis and the team at the legal weed shop. I’m going to continue to do what I can to improve and have my chronic pain get even more manageable in the future. I’m just lucky that I live somewhere that medial marijuan can be a essential part of that effort.
